access to work
Access to Work is a UK government initiative designed to support individuals with disabilities or health conditions in the workplace.
Through Access to Work, you may be eligible for a grant to cover the costs of workplace adjustments, including specialist coaching services like those provided by Choices.
If you think you may be eligible for an Access to Work grant, we can help you with your application to fund a place on one of our coaching programmes. The support we offer includes:
Helping you understand eligibility and the types of support available.
Assisting with the application and assessment procedures.
Providing ongoing support to ensure the adjustments meet your needs.
how does it work?

Work in England, Scotland, or Wales
Step 2: Submit your application & undergo an assessment
Make an application to Access to Work if you identify challenges in your work related to your disability or physical and/or mental health condition
You do not have to provide formal evidence of your condition
